Prep Class Policy

  • Any cancellation for refund of a prep class fee must occur 7 days before the start of the course in order to allow for the slot to be offered to another student.

  • Prep class fee is non-refundable after class starts, we do not offer partial refunds for class sessions that a student misses.
  • Success Prep classes are run according to demand, classes are subject to cancellation if registration for a class falls below our 10 student minimum.

  • Success Prep will refund each student’s prep fee if any prep course is canceled due to low registration.  We don’t issue partial refunds for weather-related cancellations or any class a student is absent for.

One-on-one Tutoring Policy

Tutoring payment is due by 12 noon on the day of tutoring session; payments not received by mid-night on the day of the session will be assessed a $20 late fee. You can always pay in advance to ensure that you avoid the assessment of a late fee.

  • Tutoring payment must be remitted via the www.successprep.com web portal. Client must not pay tutor directly.   • Any changes to the tutoring schedule must be approved by Olu Sanya (Executive director of Success Prep LLC).
  • Any cancellation of a scheduled tutoring session requires a 24-hour notice. Failure to do so will warrant a fee equivalent to 1-hour of tutoring.
